低成本超短彩色显像管电子枪的开发

Development of Low Cost Gun for Ultra-Short Color Picture Tube

摘要 一种新型电子枪的开发一般需要较长周期,同时实验成本和电子枪模具成本非常高昂。本文利用已有的电子枪零件,对组成电子枪透镜的零件孔径部分进行改变,并通过模拟计算开发出超短彩色显像管用电子枪。做到了开发成本低,周期短的效果。 Generally,aquite long time was required for a new gun development.The cost for the gun developing and the cost of new gun parts punch mold are high.In this paper,one type of gun for ultrashort color picture tube is developed by modification of the size and shape of the holes of exist gun parts and computer simulation.Short timeand low cost for the gun development is realized.
