摘要
本文提出一种组装方便、结构简单、易加工、对六次谐波具有抑制作用的扼流筒结构。首先根据传输线理论和组装工艺确定扼流筒的初步结构和尺寸,然后仿真现有抑制5f频点扼流结构,确定仿真频率和实际频率差异,倒推6f仿真频率,再由6f仿真频率确定扼流筒尺寸,最后按关键尺寸H作变量加工试验样品,试验并作出相关曲线,由曲线确定最佳尺寸并进行试验验证。研究结果表明关键尺寸定在3.8mm时,扼流结构对磁控管6f频点有较好的抑制效果,使EMI整体通过率达80%。
A choke structure was proposed to suppress the six harmonic of magnetrons.The structure is simple,easy to be fabricated and assembled.Firstly,the initial structure and size was designed by microwave transmission line theory and assembling requirements.Secondly,6fsimulation frequency was derived from the relationship between 5fsimulation frequency and 5ftest frequency of magnetrons,and then the choke structure size for six harmonic suppressing was confirmed by 6fsimulation frequency.Finally,the optimal size was confirmed by the curve of relationship between key size Hand amplitude of harmonic.The study shows that the choke structure has huge inhibitory effect on six harmonic at the key size of3.8mm,and the overall test pass rate of EMI is 80%.
