摘要
本文从电子光学、高频互作用段和收集极三个方面介绍了一支C波段单注宽带大功率速调管的设计,并给出了实际测试数据,峰值输出功率大于300kW,带宽达到4%,增益大于43dB,效率大于30%。
In this paper,the design of a C-band single-beam klystron with broadband and high power is introduced from electron optics system,RF interaction and collector.The testing result of the klystron is presented.The pulse output power is more than 300 kW at the bandwidth of 4% with the gain of about 43 dB and the efficiency of more than 30%.
