摘要
采用溶液燃烧合成—氢气还原法制备了稀土氧化物掺杂钨阴极纳米粉末。研究了前驱体制备的反应过程及产物形貌、物相。结果表明:所制备的前驱体为W_(18)O_(49),为短棒与颗粒复合形貌。还原后的稀土氧化物掺杂W粉粒径为30nm左右,且稀土氧化物均匀分布在W粉中。
Rare earth oxide doped tungsten cathode nanopowders were fabricated by solution combustion synthesis combined with hydrogen reduction.The morphology and phase of the precursors and reducing powders were investigated.The precursor was nano-scale rod-like and particle-like W_(18)O_(49).And the reducing rare earth oxide doped tungsten cathode nanopowders were homogeneous composition particles with size of 30 nm.
