摘要 采用金属粉末注射成形技术成功制得了尺寸精度高表面质量好以及具有优良孔隙特性的纯钨。利用扫描电镜表征其断口形貌,利用压汞法分析了阴极的孔隙特性。研究表明,经1900℃烧结180min后开孔孔隙率为24.58%,阴极平均孔径在1.91μm。经注射成形制备得到的多孔阴极基底孔隙分布均匀,孔隙连通度好。 Pure tungsten cathodes with complex shape,high dimensional accuracy,good surface quality and excellent pore characteristics were fabricated by metal injection molding(MIM).The morphology of fracture of porous tungsten was characterized by SEM,and the pore properties were characterized by mercury intrusion method.After being sintered at 1900 ℃for 180 min in hydrogen atmosphere,the open porosity of tungsten cathode can finally reach 24.58% with the median pore diameter of 1.91μm.Porous tungsten prepared by MIM method has uniform pore distribution and good pore connectivity.
