摘要
本文主要介绍了Ka波段800W耦合腔行波管的设计与研制,测试表明在等激励条件下,900MHz带宽内脉冲输出功率达到800 W以上,带内总效率超过30%。
This paper describes the development of a Ka-band coupled-cavity travelling wave tube.With equal input power,the tube has output power more than 800 W and overall efficiency of 30% over 900 MHz bandwidth in Ka-band.
