摘要 本文设计了一种可切换贴片单元的U型槽可重构天线,可以实现频率和极化多样性,并且大大地提高了轴比带宽。天线的工作频率和极化方式通过改变PIN二极管的工作状态实现电可调,PIN二极管的工作状态通过所加载的偏置电压控制。为了验证仿真的可行性,我们加工实物并进行了测试。实验结果表明,就天线的回波损耗和辐射方向图而言,仿真和实验结果基本保持一致。天线可以工作在两个频段,即1.67GHz(L波段)和2.42GHz(S波段),并且可以分别工作在线极化和9.3%轴比带宽的圆极化模式。本文所提出的频率和极化可重构天线可以大大提高无线通信系统的可靠性和灵活性。 Frequency and polarization diversities with improved axial ratio bandwidth are achieved by designing a U-slot reconfigurable antenna with switchable patches.The operating frequency and polarization is electronically tuned by changing the state of PIN diodes,which is controlled by applied bias voltage.An antenna prototype is fabricated and measured for validation.Simulation and experimental results for return loss and radiation pattern are presented,which are in good agreement.The antenna offers two operating bands,viz.,1.67/2.42 GHz,and provides linear/circular polarization with significantly improved axial ratio bandwidth of 9.3%.The designed antenna with frequency and polarization diversities could potentially improve the reliability and flexibility of wireless communication systems.
