摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔电钻造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法:影响手术疗效的因素及并发症处理,对1999年7月～2001年10月完成随访20例患者进行临床分析。结果:20例(20眼)中,女16例(16眼),伴有鼻中隔偏曲者4例次,钩突肥大3例次,中鼻甲肥大2例。男4例中,鼻中隔偏曲2例,鼻息肉1例。同期行钩突切除术2例,鼻中隔矫正术2例,中鼻甲前端部分切除术1例、结果:20例(20眼)中,治愈17眼,好转2眼,无效1眼。鼻内造孔上皮化时间;16眼为1.8～2.1个月,平均2个月,12眼为2.1～2.7个月,平均2.5个月。结论:鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔电钻造孔术是治疗慢性泪囊炎切实可行的手术方法。
Objective: To explore the curative effect and the factors of affecting the curative effect by surgery of intranasal endoscopic dacry-ocystorhinostomy with electric drill. Methods: Twenty patients (20 eyes) with chronic dacry-ocystitis were treated by intranasal endoscopic dacry-ocystorhinostomy with electric drill from July 1999 to October 2001. There were 4 males and 16 females, ranging in age from 12 to 52 years old. All patients were undergone intranasal endoscopic dacry-ocystorhinostomy with electric drill. Results- Seventeen patients were cure, two improve and one failure with the period of 2 month follow-up. Conclusion: The procedure of intranasal endoscopic dacry-ocystorhinostomy with electric drill is a benefical feasible approach for treatment of chronic dacrycystitis.
