摘要
从交联——缠结网的弹性分子理论出发,求得了五种形变方式的应力——应变关系式.建议了一种从实验上来测定结构参数的“逐步逼近直线作图法”.在较宽形变范围内研究了NR 和IR 网的上述五种应力——应变关系,它们的理论应力——应变曲线均能同实验线很好的符合.分析了PDMS 网的结构参数同弹性性能间的关系,得到(?)结链数同损耗正切成正比,(?)结时弹性模量的供献有赖于形变量和平衡态.证明了所提出的弹性分子理论能较好地表征聚合物网的大形变弹性力学行为.
The relations of stress to strain for five types of deformation are derivedfrom the theory of elasticity for crosslink-entanglement networks.A method todetermine the structure parameters of networks was proposed.The calculatedstress-strain isotherms of the above types all agree with experiments.ForPDMS networks a linear relation of entanglement to lose tangent was derived.The proposed theory is expected to be useful in describing the elastic behaviorsof networks at large deformation.
