Funding and Research Process Analysis in the Study of China's Climate Change Policy

本文对1998—2013年国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部在气候变化政策领域资助项目进行了统计梳理,分析该领域国内外研究现状与资助项目的进展情况,发现虽然资助项目数量不多,但在研究内容上基本覆盖了气候变化政策领域的国际热点研究方向,而且我国气候变化政策研究紧跟国际学术前沿。我们希望为该领域学者的未来研究提供一些参考和启发,促进我国气候变化政策领域基础研究的发展。

This paper provides statistical analysis on projects of climate change policy supported by the Department of Management Science,NSFC,during the period of 1998—2013.We analyze the international research status and research process of funding projects,and find the research contents basically covering international hot topics in the field of climate change policy.We hope to provide some reference and inspiration for the future researcher,and promote the development of basic research in this field.
