动物疫病的免疫调控:研究进展与关键科学问题

Immune Modulation of Animal Infectious Diseases——Summary of the 103rd Shuangqing Forum

摘要 随着气候环境变化、免疫压力选择与养殖模式的改变,动物疫病日趋复杂,重大动物疫病的预防和控制工作遇到空前的挑战。免疫调控领域既是动物疫病研究的前沿,又是短板和瓶颈。2013年10月16—17日,国家自然科学基金委员会生命科学部、化学科学部与政策局联合召开了主题为"动物疫病的免疫调控"的第103期"双清论坛",来自国内26个单位的30余名专家学者共同研讨动物疫病免疫调控领域的研究现状、发展趋势及需要应对的挑战,凝练我国在该研究领域亟需关注和解决的重要基础科学问题,探讨前沿研究方向和科学基金资助重点,提出具有前瞻性的政策建议。 The control and prevention of important animal infectious diseases is facing an unprecedented challenge.This is primarily due to the complexity of animal infectious diseases driven by climate and ecological changes,immune selection pressure as well as changes in the animal husbandry practice.Therefore,immune modulation is not only becoming a priority research focus but also a bottleneck and a short board of a bucket.In October 16—17,2013,the Department of Life Sciences,the Department of Chemistry and Policy bureau of the Natural Science Foundation of China jointly held the 103 rd 'Shuang Qing Forum' with a primary focus on Immune Modulation of Animal Infectious Diseases.More than 30 experts from 26 national institutions attended the forum.The current status on the immune modulation of animal infectious diseases,future research directions,and potential challenges are discussed in depth at the forum.Suggestions on the priority research areas of scientific funding,the fundamental and key scientific questions that need to be urgently addressed,and future research directions are proposed for future policy making.
