我国国家级科技计划项目对国际科学研究的贡献 被引量:2

Contributions of Chinese science and technology projects to international scientific research

摘要 随着科技合作全球化时代的到来,我国及时调整科研合作战略,在进一步加强国际科学基金合作的同时,无偿资助一些有利于推动全球发展和人类进步的科技项目,对国际科技事业的发展和进步作出了巨大贡献。本文对2009—2013年我国国家自然科学基金、国家留学基金、国家科技重大专项、国家重点基础研究发展计划、国家高技术研究发展计划、国家科技支撑计划和国家国际科技合作专项等7项国家级科技计划项目资助国外学者产出的SCI论文(以下称为"我国国家级科技计划项目资助产出的国外SCI论文")进行分析和研究,以此来评价我国国家级科技计划项目对国际科学研究的贡献,并对这些论文的文献计量学特征进行了研究。 Along with the globalization of scientific and technological cooperation,China adjusted scientific research cooperation strategy timely,not only further strengthening international cooperation of science foundation but also funding freely technology projects which are beneficial to global development and human progress,and finally made great contribution to the development and progress of global scientific careers.In this study,papers published by foreign scholars funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China,China Scholarship Council,National Science and Technology Major Project,National Basic Research Program of China,National High Technology Research and Development Program of China,National Science and Technology Support Program and International S&T Cooperation Program of China from2009 to 2013 were analyzed to evaluate the contributions of Chinese science and technology projects to international scientific research and study the bibliometric feature.
