摘要
miRNAs是一类存在于各种真核细胞内具有重要基因调控功能的非编码小分子RNA,是近年来生命科学与基础医学研究的热点领域。本文以汤森路透公司(Thomson Reuters)的科学引文索引数据库(SCIE)为数据源,利用Thomson Data Analyzer软件对1993—2013年发表的miRNAs相关研究论文进行文献计量分析,初步揭示了该领域的进展状况及发展趋势。
miRNA(microRNA) are a class of endogenous non-coding tiny RNAs,which implement important gene regulatory function in eukaryotic cells,and miRNA has become the research focus in both life science and preclinical medicine in recent years.Thomson Data Analyzer was used to perform bibliometric analysis of miRNA papers published from 1993 to 2013,in the database of Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE),and the recent progress and developing trend in the field.
