The effects of percutaneous coronary interventional therapy on platelet activation and the systemic fibrinolysis in patients with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的 研究经皮冠状动脉介入治疗 (PCI)对外周循环血中血小板活化及纤溶功能的影响。方法 由外周血管采血 ,采用ELISA检测冠心病患者PCI前后血浆小板表面α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 14 0 )、血管性假血友病因子 (vWF)、组织纤溶酶原激活剂 (t PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物 1(PAI 1)、D 二聚体 (D D)的含量。结果  6 5例冠心病患者PCI术后 10min血浆血小板膜表面GMP 14 0、D D和t PA明显增高 ,术后 2 4hPAI、vWF才显著增高。 Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous coronary interventional therapy on platelet activation and the systemic fibrinolysis in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods The plasma concentration of platelet alpha granule membrane glycoprotein 140 (GMP 140), plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1), tissue type plasminogen activator (t PA), von Willebrand factor (vWF) and D dimer (D D) of the blood sampled from vein according to the schedule were measured by ELISA. Results In the sixty five patients with CAD, at 10 minutes after the procedure, plasma levels of GMP 140, t PA and D D were significantly higher than the previous ones; and at 24 h, plasma levels of PAI 1 and vWF were also increased significantly. Conclusions The activation of platelet and impaired fibrinolytic activity were occurred after PCI in the patients with CAD.
