摘要
针对目前电动汽车刹车系统真空泵在高原低压环境下制动效果差、控制系统寿命短的问题,设计了一种以单片机为核心的电动真空泵控制器。该控制器以STM8S103为核心,采用相对压力传感器为检测单元,提高了刹车助力系统在不同海拔高度下制动的可靠性,有效地解决了高原环境下制动效果差的问题。通过软硬件设计的配合,为真空泵在欠压、过压、过流以及超时等异常工作状态下提供了有效保护,大大提高了真空泵控制系统的寿命。
Herein,we addressed the two major problems,one was poor braking and the other was short service-life of the conventional controller of the vacuum assisted brake system of electric vehicle running in a high altitude,low atmospheric pressure environment.A novel controller for the vacuum pump was developed,comprising a single chip microcomputer(STM8 S103),a built-in miniature relative atmospheric pressure sensor,a power supply,electronic circuits and self-developed software.The prototyped automatic controller was tested.The results show that the newly-developed controller was the total solution of the technical problems.To be specific,the highly reliable controller effectively lengthens the service life of the control unit of vacuum pump because it is capable of warning and protecting the vacuum pump under the abnormal working conditions,including but not limited to the under/over voltage,over-current and over-time operation.
