基于参数化建模的桥式起重机有限元分析

摘要 桥式起重机需要根据不同的厂房跨度和载荷工况单独设计,无法批量化生产,在设计时安全系数过大,结构笨重,不利于节能减排.借助于有限元分析软件建立主梁和小车架的参数化模型,在设计时可以快速建模,根据计算结果辅助设计,缩短设计流程,实现产品的轻量化设计. Bridge cranes need to be designed separately according to different plant spans and load conditions.They cannot be mass-produced.The safety factor is too large in design and the structure is cumbersome,which is not conducive to energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,the parametric model of the main beam and the small frame is established by means of the finite element analysis software.It can be quickly modeled during the design,assist the design according to the calculation results,shorten the design flow,and realize the lightweight design of the product.
