钙对废电池浸出液胁迫下玉米幼苗生理特性的影响

摘要 以"济研501"玉米种子为实验材料,应用土培法,探究了钙对废电池浸出液胁迫下玉米幼苗生理特性的影响.实验结果表明:在废电池浸出液稀释液的胁迫下,玉米幼苗叶片中的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、叶绿素及游离脯氨酸的含量严重减少,而丙二醛的含量增加;在分别喷洒5.0,15.0,25.0mmol/L CaCl2溶液之后,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、叶绿素及游离脯氨酸的含量有不同程度的增加,与此同时丙二醛含量则降低;并且在氯化钙浓度为25.0mmol/L时,5种生理指标均达到极值.外源钙能有效缓解废电池浸出液中的重金属离子对玉米幼苗的损伤,能有效增强玉米的抵抗能力并促进玉米的正常生长. Using corn named'jiyan 501'as experimental material,effects of calcium on physiological characteristics of maize seedlings under the stress of waste battery leaching solution were studied by using soil cultivation method.The results showed that under the stress of waste battery leaching solution,contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar and soluble protein and free proline reduced in maize seedling leaves,meanwhile,MDA content increased,After spraying calcium chloride solution which concentration was 5.0 and 15.0 and 25.0 mmol/L,contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar and soluble protein and free proline increased in different degree,while MDA content reduced in different degree,Contents of five kinds of physiological indexes reached extremum value when concentration of calcium chloride was 25 mmol/L.All above showed that calcium could effectively alleviate the damage of heavy metal ions in waste battery leaching solution on maize seedling and enhance the resistance ability of maize and promote the normal growth of maize seedling.
