本文主要介绍了柔性镀膜材料的制备方法、应用发展状况以及柔性镀膜材料在柔性电路板行业的应用和发展趋势,重点阐述了采用真空磁控溅射工艺制取高性能柔性电路板材料的研发和制备过程。
This article introduces the preparation method and development state of flexible coating materials and their applications,as well as the application and development trend of flexible coating materials in the flexible circuit board industry,mainly describes the development and preparation of high performance flexible circuit board materials by magnetron sputtering.
