摘要
目的 研究低浓度石棉尘对暴露工人血清总IgE水平的影响。方法 选择357名石棉接触工人为暴露组,另选280名无职业接触史的行政后勤人员做对照。采用国产FC-Ⅱ型粉尘采样器对石棉作业岗位呼吸带进行多点采样,用滤膜重量法测定样品总尘浓度。使用ELISA法测定血清总IgE水平。结果 作业岗位石棉尘浓度范围0.9-1.7mg/m3,平均(1.3±0.4)mg/m3,均没有超过国家卫生标准(MAC)。暴露组总IgE水平高于对照组(P<0.01);总IgE水平随暴露工龄增加而升高(P<0.05);男工高于女工(P<0.01);两组中吸烟者均高于不吸烟者(P<0.05),且随着吸烟量的增加而增加(P<0.05);各年龄组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 石棉尘可致暴露工人血清总IgE水平增高,吸烟有协同作用。
Objection To study the effects of total serum levels of IgE in workers exposed to low-concentration asbestos dust. Methods 357 workers exposed to asbestos dust were selected as exposure group. Meanwhile, 280 personnels of the administration and logistics unexposed to asbestos dust were selected as control group. Asbestos dust in workshop were sampled by FC-Ⅱ dust instrument and their concentrations were determined by filter film increase weight means . Total serum levels of IgE were determined by ELISA. Results Asbestos dust concentrations in workshop were 0.9 - 1.7 mg/m3[(1.3± 0.4) mg/m3], under MAC. Total serum levels of IgE in the exposure group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Total serum levels of IgE increased with length of employment (P<0.05), and men were higher than women (P<0.01). Total serum levels of IgE in smokers were significantly higher than those in nonsmokers (P<0.05), and increased with amount of smoking (P<0.05). Total serum levels of IgE were foreign to age (P>05). Conclusion Asbestos dust could cause increase in total serum levels of IgE ,and were cooperated with smoking.
