摘要
目的 :探讨甲状腺结节声像图中钙化的诊断意义。材料和方法 :归纳、分析 3 1例不同性质结节钙化的声像图表现。结果 :甲状腺结节声像图钙化的表现形式为 :大小不一的强回声团钙化 ;细小点状钙化 ;圆环状或弧形钙化。结论 :不同性质的甲状腺结节都可能发生钙化 ,钙化的表现形式可作为鉴别良、恶性结节的参考。
Purpose: To investigate the diagnostic significance of calcification in thyroid node revealed by ultrasound. Materials and Methods: Thyroid echograms of 31 cases with thyroid nodules were analyzed in view of their final diagnosis. Results: Three patterns of calcification in thyroid nodes were shown:hyperechoic mass,scattered dots, and circular or arched bands. There was no correlation between the calcification pattern and historical nature of the nodules. Conclusion: All kinds of thyroid nodes had the possibility of calcification. The calcification can be used with a limited value in distinguishing the benign thyroid node from malignant ones.
