摘要
目的:以当代中国社区背景和传统责任心理为基础,编制适用于中国居民的社区责任感问卷并进行信效度检验。方法:采用方便取样法对184名居民进行开放式问卷调查,形成初测问卷;以447名居民为被试对初测问卷进行项目分析和探索性因素分析;以566名居民为被试对问卷进行信效度检验,形成最终问卷。结果:中国居民社区责任感问卷包括社区责任认知、社区责任情感、社区责任行为3个维度,共22个项目;总问卷与各维度的内部一致性系数在0.820~0.908之间,六周后的重测信度在0.812~0.903之间,问卷的结构效度良好;问卷各维度及总问卷与尽责性和幸福指数显著正相关。结论:本研究编制的社区责任感问卷信效度良好,可作为中国居民社区责任感的有效测量工具。
Objective:Based on the background of contemporary Chinese community and traditional responsibility psychology,Sense of Community Responsibility Questionnaire(SOC-RQ)for Chinese residents was developed and its reliability and validity were examined.Methods:Using convenient sampling,184 residents were tested with opening questionnaire and preliminary questionnaire was obtained.Totally data from 447 residents were used in item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.The final questionnaire was formed by taking 566 residents as samples to conduct reliability and validity test.Results:The SOC-RQ consisted 22 items which fell into three dimensions,namely community responsibility cognition,community responsibility emotion and community responsibility behavior.The internal consistency reliabilities of SOC-RQ and its sub-dimensions were between 0.820 and 0.908.And the test-retest reliabilities after six weeks were between 0.812 and 0.903.The results of construct validity showed SOC-RQ had reached psychometric standard.The SOC-RQ and its sub-dimensions were positively correlated with conscientiousness and well-being index.Conclusion:The Sense of Community Responsibility Questionnaire is reliable and valid enough to be applicable to measure residents’sense of community responsibility.
