经前期综合征筛查工具中文版在女大学生中的信度及效度

Reliability and Validity of the Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool in Female College Students

目的:检验经前期综合征筛查工具(Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool, PSST)中文版在大学生群体中的信度及效度。方法:一共进行两次抽样和施测,首先,658名女大学生完成了PSST、经前期综合征问卷、贝克抑郁量表与贝克焦虑量表的评定,根据PSST的筛查标准,将全样本分为经前期综合征(Premenstrual Symptoms, PMS)组(n=56)和健康组(n=602)。其次,41名女大学生完成了两次PSST的施测,间隔时间为14～21天。结果:①PSST症状维度、影响维度和总量表的α系数分别为0.90、0.80和0.92,重测信度分别为0.74、0.68和0.73;②在所有条目选择"中等程度"和"非常严重"的比例上,PMS组均显著高于健康组;③PMS组与健康组被试在经前期综合征问卷、贝克抑郁量表和贝克焦虑量表上的得分上差异显著,并且PSST总分以及各维度分数与三个效标量表之间存在相关关系。④PSST两因子模型拟合情况良好,χ~2/df=4.38,GFI=0.913,CFI=0.931,TLI=0.904,RMSEA=0.072。结论:PSST中文版具有良好的信度及效度,可作为经前期综合征筛查工具应用于中国大学生群体。

Objective:To develop a Chinese version of the Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool(PSST)and examine its reliability and validity.Methods:658 female college students completed the Chinese version of PSST,Premenstrual Symptoms Scale(PSS),Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)and Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI).Among them,56 were diagnosed as PMS group and the other 602 were health group.Next,41 students were asked to complete PSST for measuring test-retest reliability.Results:①The Cronbach’sαcoefficients of PSST,symptom sub-dimension and influence sub-dimension was 0.92,0.90 and 0.80,respectively;the test-retest reliability of PSST,symptom sub-dimension and influence sub-dimension was 0.73,0.74 and 0.68,respectively.②The empirical validity of PSST was desirable;moderate to severe symptoms were more present in participants of PMS group compared to those in health group.③The scores of PSST and its two sub-dimension were correlated with PSS,BDI and BAI.④The construct validity of PSST was desirable;the revised PSST had two factors with good fit indices,χ~2/df=4.38,GFI=0.913,CFI=0.931,TLI=0.904,RMSEA=0.072.Conclusion:The Chinese version of PSST seems to be a reliable and valid measure of detecting PMS and PMDD in Chinese female college students.
