大学生压力感知与睡眠质量的关系:一个两阶段被调节的中介模型

Relationship between Perceived Stress and Perceived Sleep Quality:A Dual-Stage Moderated Mediation Model among University Students

目的:探讨大学生压力感知对睡眠质量的预测作用以及负性情绪的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用。方法:采用压力感知量表、睡眠质量问卷、正性负性情绪量表、多维社会支持量表对2806名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①压力感知显著负向预测睡眠质量;②负性情绪在压力感知与睡眠质量之间起部分中介作用;③社会支持分别调节了负性情绪中介效应的第一阶段和第二阶段;④负性情绪的中介效应随着社会支持的提高而降低。结论:降低压力感知与负性情绪、提高社会支持,有利于改善大学生睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the relationship between perceived stress and perceived sleep quality among university students and to examine the mediating effect of negative affect and the moderating effect of social support on this relationship.Methods:A total of 2806 Chinese university students were selected by random cluster sampling.All participants were required to complete questionaires and scales including perceived stress scale,perceived sleep quality questionaire,positive and negative affect scale,and the multidimensional scale of perceived social support.Results:①The perceived sleep quality was significantly and negatively predicted by the perceived stress;②stress and perceived sleep quality was partially mediated by the negative emotion;③Both of the first and second stage of mediating effect of negative emotion were moderated by the perceived social support.④The size of mediating effect of negative emotion was decreased with the increasing of perceived social support.Conclusion:Reducing perceived stress and negative affect and increasing social support are beneficial to improve perceived sleep quality in university students.
