摘要
目的:探讨家属认知功能训练联合心理干预对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取湖南省常德市某医院2015年3越-2018年6月收治的80例阿尔茨海默病患者,随机分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组患者采取常规护理模式,研究组患者在此基础上,采取家属认知功能训练联合心理干预的方法。干预前、干预后1个月分别对两组患者用简易精神状态检查(MMSE)进行认知功能评定。结果:干预后,研究组MMSE总分、单项评分中定向力、记忆力、计算力、阅读能力均较干预前和同期对照组干预后显著升高;对照组干预前后对比MMSE总分、单项评分中的定向力、计算力、阅读能力显著提高,但记忆力较干预前差异无统计学意义。结论:家属认知功能训练联合心理干预对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能有改善,有助于提升治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of family cognitive function training combined with psychological intervention on cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:80 patients with Alzheimer’s disease were randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Patients in control group were given routine nursing.The cognitive function was compared between the two groups before and after the intervention using the mini-mental state examination(MMSE).Results:After interventions,the MMSE total score and subscale scores of Orientation,Memory,Calculation,Language skills in the study group were significantly higher than those of pre-intervention,and higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Family cognitive function training combined with psychological intervention is beneficial for improving cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
