空调压缩机滑片用GDL-4高速钢与M2钢氮化后不同载荷下耐磨性能的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 空调压缩机滑片对制造材料的红硬性和耐磨性能有较高要求,生产中通常采用高速钢+表面氮化处理工艺制造。本文将研发的GDL-4高速钢与M2钢在同一软氮化工艺下,分别在300 N,400 N和500 N的载荷下进行摩擦磨损试验,对比其耐磨性。结果表明:相同软氮化工艺条件下,GDL-4高速钢在各个载荷下的耐磨性能均优于M2钢,钢氮化后的表层硬度对其耐磨性有明显影响。 The materials of air-conditioner compressor's vane require high red-hardness and wear resistance.So the surface nitriding treatment is usually used in the production process of the high-speed steel.Under the loads of 300 N,400 N and 500 N,the wear tests of GDL-4 high-speed steel and M2 steel are conducted to compare their wear resistance after the same soft-nitride process.The results show that the wear resistance of GDL-4 high-speed steel under each load is superior to M2 steel after the same soft-nitride process,and the surface hardness of nitriding steel has obvious influences on wear resistance.
