摘要
在理论分析R32与R22和R404A物性的基础上,对R32应用于冷冻机的可行性进行试验研究,对比采用喷液和补气技术降低排气温度的效果,并分析对系统运行性能的影响;对比分析R32与R22和R404A的制冷量、EER和排气压力。研究表明:采用喷液和补气方式都可以有效控制R32的排气温度,而补气方式更优;相对于R22,R32的制冷量提高30%~40%,EER降低11%~16%,排气压力提高68%~82%;相对于R404A,R32的制冷量提高10%~20%,EER降低13%~22%,排气压力提高41%~50%。通过系统的优化设计可提高R32系统EER,认为R32替代R22和R404A应用于冷冻机具备技术可行性。
The test studies are conducted on the feasibility of R32 applied to the refrigerator on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the thermal properties of R32,R22 and R404 A.The effects of the liquid injection and vapor injection technology on decrease the exhaust temperature are compared and its impacts on system performance are analyzed.And the cooling capacity,EER and discharge pressure of R32,R22 and R404 A are also analyzed contrastively.The results show that both of the liquid injection and vapor injection technology can effectively control the exhaust temperature of R32,while the vapor injection technology is better.Compared with R22,the cooling capacity of R32 increases about30%~ 40%,EER decreases about 11%~ 16%,exhaust pressure increases about 68%~82%.Compared with R404 A,the cooling capacity of R32 increases about 10%~20%,EER decreases about 13%—22%,exhaust pressure increases about 41%~50%.The EER of R32 system can be improved through the system optimization design,and it has the technical feasibility for R32 to replace R22 and R404 A applied to the refrigerator.
