摘要
方家山模拟机房为某核电站的精密试验室机房,要求室内温度为22℃±1℃,相对湿度为55%±5%。机房空调主机采用分体单元式恒温恒湿机组,但该机组在运行过程中出现夏季及过渡季节压缩机启停频繁现象,导致机房温湿度波动大及机组运行不节能等问题。通过优化机组控制程序,增大机组能量调节范围,使机组冷量输出与实际负荷更好匹配,满足温湿度控制精度要求,并达到节能运行的目的。
Fangjiashan simulation room is the precision laboratory computer room of one nuclear power station,which requests indoor temperature to be 22 ℃ ± 1 ℃ and the relative humidity to be 55%±5%.CRAC(computer room air-conditioning) is composed of split constant temperature and humidity units.But in summer or transition season,the compressor in the units starts and stops frequently during the operation,which leads to large fluctuations of room temperature and humidity and wasting energy problems.By optimizing the units' control program and increasing the units' energy adjustment range,the units' output cooling capacity can better match the actual load,so as to meet the accuracy requirement of temperature & humidity control,and achieve the purpose of energysaving operation.
