摘要 空气源热泵热水器制热水过程中水温变化致使其压缩机电机工作扭矩随之变化。若使用常规空气源热泵压缩机电机,难以同时保证低水温段电机的高效工作和高水温段电机的过负荷能力。本文通过对旋转式定频空气源热泵压缩机电机效率随水箱水温变化的特征进行分析,指出空气源热泵压缩机电机采用2套绕组可以提高整机能效。 Water temperature changes of air source heat pump water heater during water heating cause the changes of working torque of air source heat pump's compressor motor.If using conventional motor of air source heat pump's compressor,it is difficult to ensure high efficient working of motor during low water temperature period and overload capability of motor during high water temperature period simultaneously.Through analyzing the variation characteristics of motor efficiency for fixed speed rotary compressor of air source heat pump,it is pointed that efficiency of the compressor unit can be improved using two sets of windings for motor of air source heat pump's compressor.
