摘要
空气源热泵热水器加热过程中,系统冷凝温度和蒸发温度等参数值随水箱水温升高而升高,因此其专用压缩机在整个制热水过程中一直是在变工况条件下工作,压缩机效率呈曲线降低。本文通过一组随机的热泵热水器系统配试数据,分析得出在满足系统过负荷能力时,压缩机电机工作点适当前移可以提高空气源热泵热水器整机能效。
During heating of air source heat pump water heater,the parameters including system condensing temperature and evaporating temperature increase with the increase of water tank's water temperature.Throughout the whole process of water heating,the compressor for heat pump is operating under variable working conditions,and the compressor efficiency shows a declining curve.A set of system matching data randomly taken for heat pump water heater system is analyzed.The result is that when the system's overload condition is satisfied,the efficiency of heat pump water heater can be improved providing that the motor working point of the compressor is properly moved ahead.
