摘要
通过试验研究发现,在使用毛细管作为节流装置的小型制冷系统中使用液路电磁阀,可以防止制冷机组停机时冷凝器中的制冷剂流出,从而抑制冷库温度上升,减小蒸发器进出口温差,降低制冷机组运转率,可以实现10%以上的节能效果。
Through experimental study,it's found that using solenoid valve in small refrigeration system installed capillary as throttling device can prevent the refrigerant outflow from the condenser during the shutdown of refrigeration unit.So that the temperature rise of cold storage is inhibited;the temperature difference between inlet and outlet of evaporator is decreased;the refrigeration unit operation rate is reduced;over 10% of energysaving can be obtained.
