摘要
理论分析了可使单元式空调机组系统内部达到燃烧条件的R32和空气的混合质量,根据单元式空调机组的系统特点设计了一系列内部混入空气引燃实验测试方案,测试结果表明,R32在空调机组系统内部混入空气的情况下达到燃烧条件的可能性很小,不会发生由于内部燃烧而引起爆炸,为R32应用的安全性评估提供了可靠的依据。
R32 and air mixing quality of reaching combustion conditions are analyzed in the unitary conditioner system.A series of test plans on R32 and air mixing combustion are designed according to the characteristics of unitary conditioner system.The test results that the possibility of explosion with R32 unitary conditioner getting some air is quite small.R32 won't explode when getting some air in the same conditioner.This shows R32 can be used in the air conditioners safely.
