摘要
本文从涡旋压缩机安装到空调系统后的整体模态分析着手,综合考虑压缩机本体振动,压缩机启动瞬间吸气管和排气管接口处的振动位移,压缩机传递到底盘的隔振率这4方面的因素,通过理论建模和测试试验的方法,设计了一种新型的分体式隔振器,满足了用户的使用要求,并且在实际使用中减振、降噪效果明显。
This article starts with the analysis of the overall modality after the scroll compressor is installed into the air conditioning system,taking into account the vibration of the compressor body,the instantaneous displacement at the interface of the suction and exhaust pipe of the compressor when starting,and the vibration isolation ratio of the compressor to the chassis.By applying the theoretical modeling and test experiments,we have designed a new type of split-type vibration isolator,which meets the user’s requirements,and has a significant effect on vibration reduction and noise reduction in practical use.
