摘要 有氧糖酵解以及谷氨酰胺(glutamine)分解代谢活跃是肿瘤细胞代谢的基本特征,两者互补以满足肿瘤细胞对能量和生物大分子合成原料的需求。因此,揭示肿瘤代谢异常的机制,研发干扰肿瘤代谢的药物,有望改善肿瘤的治疗效果。细胞代谢改变,尤其是能量代谢的改变,是肿瘤细胞十大特征之一。早在上20世纪初,Otto Warburg证实,即使在氧气充足的状态下,肿瘤细胞仍采取糖酵解的方式代谢葡萄糖。
