摘要
一些数据显示肥胖即将成为世界性健康问题,因为肥胖与胰岛素抵抗,2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2D),高血压、高血脂、冠心病,以及癌症等密切相关。如何防治肥胖及其相关疾病已成为亟待解决的重大课题。研究表明脂肪细胞代谢紊乱与肥胖以及肥胖相关性疾病的发生和发展密切相关。因此,开展不同条件下脂肪细胞代谢变化规律及机制的研究将有助于阐明肥胖和肥胖相关疾病的机制。2014年Yore
