酸菜汤所致小鼠腺胃粘膜病变的病理组织学观察

摘要 在癌瘤高发区居民经常食用的酸菜中是否含致癌物?与癌瘤的高发有什么关系已是当前肿瘤病因研究中的一个重大课题。本实验用取自食管癌高发区,即河北省磁县西部山区和张家口崇礼山区居民自家腌制的酸菜汤给小鼠长期灌饲进行诱癌实验。病理组织学观察表明实验鼠腺胃粘膜病变显著,且出现癌前病变,现报告如下。 The mice were intubated repeatedly with the fluid being used for pickled vegetables from Chi-Xian and Chong-Li County of Hebei province where are high incidence area of cancer. The induced lesi as in glandular stomach involved erosion and regenerative proliferation of mucosa, acute and chronic gastritis, intestinal and squamosa metaplasia, and severe dyplasia. This experimental result shows that the relationship between the high incidence of cancer and the habit of eating much pickled vegetables must be researched further.
