胃血吸虫病与胃癌——附41例分析

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GASTRIC SCHISTOSOMIASIS AND,GASTRIC CARCINOMA:REPORT OF 41 CASES

胃血吸虫病合并胃癌及其它病损临床上报告较少。本院自1974年1月至1985年12月胃切除手术病例中收集到四十一例胃血吸虫病其中并发胃癌有30例占73％,现分析报道如下:

From January 1974 to December 1985, 41 patients of gastric schistosomiasis were treated by subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital. Of which, 30 cases were complicated by gastric carcinoma with a morbidity of 37％.The authors suggest that the deposition of eggs of schistosomes on the gastric wall as a chronic stimulus might lead up to gastric mucosal necrosis, glanular hyperplasia, gastric ulcer and the formation of eosinophilic granuloma, finally resultedin gastric carcinoma. In our cases, the prognosis of schistosomic gastric cancer is bet- ter than that of the general gastric cancer, perhaps two causes account for the occur rence—cancer cells metastasize more slowly than ususl because of the obstruction of the lymphatic vessels by schistosomlc eggs, thus it makes us a high radical rate. While the local inflamation caused by schistosomic eggs stimulates B-Lymphacytes to produce antibodies and enhance the ability of immunization.
