食管上皮癌变过程中NF-κB与hTERT的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测食管上皮癌变过程中NF-κB与h TERT蛋白表达水平,探讨其与食管鳞状细胞癌(以下简称食管癌)癌变的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测了45例食管鳞状细胞癌、21例不典型增生和24例切缘正常组织中NF-кB和h TERT蛋白的表达水平。应用SAS统计学软件分析食管癌组织中NF-κB和h TERT蛋白表达的相关性。结果 h TERT蛋白在癌组织中的表达(88.9%)显著高于不典型增生(57.1%)和切缘正常组织(12.5%)(P<0.05),h TERT蛋白表达与患者年龄、性别、淋巴结转移及肿瘤的分化程度无关(P>0.05),与食管癌的浸润深度有关(P<0.01)。NF-кB在癌组织中的表达(80.0%)明显高于不典型增生(57.1%)和切缘正常组织(20.8%)(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、淋巴结转移及肿瘤的分化程度无关(P>0.05),与食管癌的浸润深度有关(P<0.01)。统计学分析,食管癌组织中NF-кB与h TERT蛋白表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论食管癌组织中h TERT及NF-κB表达异常增高可能是引起食管癌变的因素之一,联合检测h TERT及NF-кB蛋白,有助于食管癌的早期诊断及预后判断。 Objective To detect the protein expression levels of NF-κB and hTERT in esophagus epithelial canceration,and explore the related significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect NF-κB and hTERT protein expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues (45 cases),atypical hyperplasia tissues (21 cases) and normal tissues (24 cases).SAS software was used to analyze the correlationship between NF-κB and hTERT protein expression in esophageal cancer tissues.Results hTERT protein expression in esophageal cancer tissues (88.9%) was significantly higher than those in atypical hyperplasia tissues (57.1%) and normal tissues (12.5%) (P<0.05).NF-κB protein expression in esophageal cancer (80.0%) was significantly higher than those in atypical hyperplasia tissues (57.1%) and normal tissues (20.8%) (P<0.05).NF-κB and hTERT protein expression had no correlationship with patients' age,gender,lymph node metastasis or tumnor differentiation degree (P>0.05),but NF-κB expression had correlationship with invasion depth(P<0.01).Statistical results showed that NF-κB and hTERT protein expression rates in esophageal cancer tissues were significantly and positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of NF-κB and hTERT protein may be one of the factors for esophageal canceration.The joint detection of NF-κB and hTERT protein could provide objective index for early diagnosis and prognosis of esophageal cancer.
