台湾城市更新中非营利组织的作用及其启示

Inspiration from NPO's Functions in Taiwan's Urban Renewal

台湾地区的非营利组织在城市更新领域发挥了公益服务、政策参与、社区营造等一系列重要作用,正在逐渐成为该领域的重要主体。但是,我国大陆地区非营利组织在城市更新领域中存在一定的角色缺失,因此,大陆有必要借鉴台湾地区的经验,充分发挥非营利组织的积极作用,以推动中国大陆地区城市的和谐更新。

Taiwan's NPO has played an important role in urban renewal,such as public services,general participation in the making of public policy and community building,and is now becoming one of the most significant forces in this regard.Since NPO in China mainland has some functional disadvantages in urban renewal,it is very necessary to learn from Taiwan's experience and maximize NPO's positive function in the urban renewal in China.
