锁骨上神经陷入综合症的解剖学研究

Anatomical Study on the Entrapment Syndrome of Supraclavicular Nerve

解剖、观察了256具(男217,女39)尸体的锁骨上神经的走行及变异情况。见17例锁骨上神经的分支(主要是中间支)穿通锁骨,出现率为6.6±1.6%。文内讨论了此种变异的成因及临床意义。

The course and variation of supraclavicular nerve were observed on 256 cada-vers (male:217,female:39) and the the relationship between the supraclavicularnerve and the clavicle was discussed.It was found that there were 17 cases withbranches of the supraclavicular nerves passing through the canals in clavicle.Theincidence was 6.6±1.6%.Knowing this abnormal passage is helpful for the diag-nosis and treatment of entrapment syndrome of the supraclavicular nerve.
