An Applied Anatomical Study of the Orifices of Coronary Arteries

本文用50例成尸,从应用解剖学角度,调查研究了心脏的左右冠状动脉口与胸椎体和胸骨角的位置关系;也观测了它的数目、口径、开口方向、左右冠状动脉口之间的夹角及距各自窦底的距离和主动脉窦口的各径线长度,为临床应用提供参考数据。依此,文章讨了动脉插管成功的要点、右冠状动脉不完全显影的可能原因及辅助克服的方法,供临床参考。

The orifices of coronary arteres and the aortic sinus were investigated on 50adult cadavers for the purpose of clinical application.Acording to the location ofthe orifices,their relationship with the thoracic vertebral bodies and sternal angle,and other investigated data,it was discussed in the article how to make a success-ful arteriography and what should be noticed during the operation.
