吻合胫前血管的胫骨骨膜移植

用吻合胫前血管的胫骨骨膜移植治疗四例骨折不愈合。术后10到11周,经随诊检查,全部重新愈合,术后4到22个月供区胫骨临床及放射线片检查均正常。胫前血管蒂长而粗大,无肌肉附着,骨膜较厚,手术简单,认为胫骨骨膜是吻合血管的骨膜移植的良好供区。

The tibial periosteum was used as a new donor for the vascularized periostealgraft in four clinical cases.The vascularized periosteum is nourished by the anteriortibial vessel,Compared with other vascularized periosteal grafts,the tibial perios- teum has many advantages:1.With the vascular pedicle long and big enough tocarry out anastomosis;2.No attachment of muscles on it;3.Located shallowly andeasy to take.
