计算机辅助设计的3D打印导板在全膝关节置换中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 随着人口老龄化的加剧,退行性膝关节炎的发病率越来越高,绝对数越来越多。目前全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)是治疗终末期退行性膝关节炎最安全有效的方法。为提高手术质量,不少术者尝试将计算机辅助设计的3D打印导板技术运用于TKA,因其自动、快速、直接、个性化的特点而取得了良好的效果。笔者综述其方法原理、优势、不足及发展近况如下。
