CARF理念对工伤职业康复工作模式影响的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究国际康复机构质量认证委员会(CARF)质量认证理念对工伤职业康复的工作模式的影响。方法:本研究采取回顾性研究,按随机抽取的方式从2017年6月1日~2107年12月31日在广东省工伤康复医院住院病人中职业康复科病人抽取129例为A组,非职业康复科病人中选取125例为B组。A组采用CARF理念指导下的职业康复模式进行康复,B组是按传统的职业康复模式进行康复,康复时间为1~2个月,然后分别收集A组、B组康复后患者的就业意愿、复工情况及雇佣关系等数据进行比较分析。结果:调查结果显示,A组病人出院时的就业意愿及复工情况均明显优于B组(P<0.05),雇佣关系2组间比较无显著性差异。结论:CARF理念指导下的工作模式可以提高病人的就业意愿及就业率,但是对改善雇佣关系无特别显著的作用。
