垂体腺瘤中Wnt通路抑制因子作用的研究进展

Research of Wnt pathway inhibitor in pituitary adenomas

摘要 Wnt信号通路与多种肿瘤的发生相关,研究表明Wnt通路抑制因子的异常甲基化可使Wnt信号通路异常激活,从而诱导肿瘤的形成。垂体腺瘤作为颅内常见的肿瘤之一,临床症状主要由垂体激素过度分泌(或)缺乏和(或)肿瘤占位效应引起,其发病机制至今不完全清楚,部分研究表明垂体腺瘤的发生与Wnt通路抑制因子的异常甲基化相关。本文对垂体腺瘤中Wnt通路抑制因子作用的研究进行综述,为垂体腺瘤中去甲基化治疗提供一定的理论依据。
