摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类长度为20~24个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,它们可在转录后水平调节基因的表达。miRNA是许多细胞功能调控的关键因素,包括细胞的生长、增殖、分化及凋亡等。近来许多研究发现mi R-133b与肿瘤的侵袭与转移密切相关,它可以通过抑制EGFR、fas、FSCN1及c-MET等多种基因的表达而发挥其抗肿瘤作用。本文主要对mi R-133b在不同肿瘤中的异常表达及其可能的作用及其作用机制进行综述。
