提出质量改进能力提升的思路与方法,从倾听客户声音、梳理典型质量问题、质量改进项目选择及实施等方面说明了质量改进能力提升的实践和内涵,介绍了质量改进项目立项的原则和实施步骤,以及在实施过程中每个阶段质量工具的应用和问题的分析方法。借鉴质量成熟度方格理论,建立对航空制造企业质量改进能力评价方法,明确每个阶段的达标要求。站在企业质量管理战略角度,给出质量改进能力建设的要求。

The ideas and methods of enhancing the quality improvement ability are put forward.The practice and connotation of enhancing the quality improvement ability are explained from the aspects of listening to the voice of customers,sorting out typical quality problems,selecting and implementing quality improvement projects,then the principles and implementing steps of establishing quality improvement projects are introduced,as well as the application of quality tools and analysis methods of problems in each stage of the implementation process.Referring to the quality maturity grid theory,an evaluation method for the quality improvement capability of aviation manufacturing enterprises is established to clarify the requirements for reaching the standards at each stage.From the perspective of enterprise quality management strategy,the requirements of quality improvement capacity building are given.
