杭州市知识产权服务标准体系构建与发展对策研究

Research on the Construction and Development Countermeasure of Intellectual Property Service Standard System in Hangzhou

知识产权是国家发展的战略性资源和国际竞争力的核心要素,其服务标准体系的构建极为重要。本文从国家和地方层面阐述了知识产权服务的标准化现状,提出知识产权服务标准体系的构建原则和思路,并探讨该标准体系在杭州市的实施和发展对策,以提高知识产权的服务和管理质量,推动知识产权服务行业规范化发展。

Intellectual property is the strategic resource of national development and the core element of international competitiveness,and the construction of its service standard system is extremely important.This paper expounds the standardization status of intellectual property service from the national and local levels,then puts forward the principles and ideas for establishment of the standard system of intellectual property service.Finally,the implementation and development countermeasures of the standard system in Hangzhou are also discussed,in order to improve the quality of intellectual property service and management,and promote the standardized development of the intellectual property service industry.
