大学生志愿活动标准化的调查与研究

Investigation and Research on the Standardization of College Students’ Voluntary Activities

我国大学生志愿者事业发展迅速,但志愿活动的相关制度和标准尚未完善。本文项目组以杭州市江干区为例,通过文献调查、实地考察、深入访谈等方法就当前大学生志愿服务在实践中、志愿汇APP在使用中存在的问题等展开调查与分析,发现目前大学生志愿活动存在虚假不真实、扎堆浪费资源及志愿活动判定不规范等问题现状,并有针对性地对志愿活动组织提出了加强标准体系建设、专业技能培训和后勤保障工作的建议,对志愿汇APP提出了建立志愿活动轨迹图和全面评测体系的建议。

The volunteer cause of college students in China has developed rapidly,but the relevant system and standards of volunteer activities are not yet perfect.Taking Jianggan District of Hangzhou as an example,the project team investigated and analyzed the problems existing in the practice of college students’voluntary service and the use of Zhiyuan-hui APP by means of literature survey,field investigation and in-depth interviews.It was found that there are some problems in college students’voluntary activities,such as false and untrue,waste of resources and non-standard judgment of voluntary activities.Finally,the project team put forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of standard system,professional skills training and logistic support for volunteer organizations,and also gave some advises to establish the track map and comprehensive evaluation system of volunteer activities for Zhiyuan-hui APP.
