弹条扣压力测试装置研制

Development of Pressure Testing Device for Spring Buckle

轨道扣件系统直接影响着列车运行的安全性和舒适性。最常用的弹条式扣件,对扣件性能有较严格的要求。弹条作为实现扣件系统功能的重要组成部分之一,其扣压力必须保持在一个合理的范围内。为此,本文研究开发一套弹条扣压力在线检测装置。该装置采用螺旋丝杆加载系统,在满足较大加载压力同时保证稳定加载的要求;选取典型的铰接式双S型夹具,以满足更广泛的应用;通过测力传感器直接测试扣件弹条的扣压力,减少力转移过程中的误差,确保测试精度要求。

Rail fastener system directly affects the safety and comfort of train operation.Elastic rod type fastening is the most commonly used rail fastener system,which has stricter requirements for fastener performance.As one of the important parts of fastener system,the buckle pressure of spring must be kept within a reasonable range.Therefore,this paper studies and develops a set of on-line detection device for spring buckle pressure.Therefore,an on-line detection device for spring buckle pressure is developed in this paper.The device adopts screw-screw loading system to satisfy the requirement of large loading pressure while ensuring stable loading;chooses typical articulated double S-shaped fixture to meet the wider application;directly tests the buckle pressure of fastener spring by force sensor,reduces the error in the process of force transfer,in order to ensure the requirement of testing accuracy.
