摘要
针对硅钢连退生产线氧化色缺陷导致产品质量降低、客户抱怨风险增加的问题,本文按照QC小组活动程序,运用QC质量控制工具,全面分析了硅钢氧化色影响因素,针对确认要因制定并实施相应对策。最终,通过解决退火炉炉内气氛异常,有效地降低了硅钢氧化色封闭率。
The oxidation color of silicon steel in continuous annealing production line leads to the degradation of product quality and higher risk of customer complaint.To solve this problem,the QC method is used and the QC activity program is executed,the influencing factors of oxidation color were comprehensively analyzed,the main causes were determined and corresponding countermeasures were made and implemented.Finally,the oxidation color disqualification rate of silicon steel is reduced by normalizing the atmosphere of continuous annealing furnace.
